A HR Generalist Intern – From April 2025

YOUR ROLE

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling and organising interviews;
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction;
• Help maintain employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) accurately and confidentially;
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
• Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and performance management processes;
• Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports to be presented to senior management;
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days;
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education – Student or Graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Human resources or Management looking for a 6-month internship covered by a university agreement ;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Team player – you'll partner directly with the Luxembourg HR Manager to better serve the employees and partners both locally and within the firm’s network;
• You are organized and meticulous, you demonstrate curiosity and know how to manage priorities;
• You are able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
