The Opportunity
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our Global People Operations team in Birmingham. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering seamless, high quality administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, partnering closely with the wider People team. We re committed to continuously improving how we work, so you’ll be encouraged to share ideas, challenge processes and help shape smarter, more efficient ways of working.
This is an opportunity to build strong, collaborative relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring expectations are managed effectively and service delivery remains smooth and consistent.
While your primary focus will be supporting our Benelux region, you’ll also contribute to our Central People Operations Offboarding team, gaining exposure to broader processes and helping to ensure a consistent employee experience across multiple regions.
