Are you a dynamic, organized self-starter with a passion for finding the best talent? Join our global firm as a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist and make a real impact! We’re looking for an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition professional who’s eager to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a TA Specialist, you’ll lead the recruitment process, create compelling job advertisements, screen candidates, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. You’ll also develop sourcing strategies, manage offer approvals, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the recruitment process from job intake to offer management.
– Create job advertisements that attract top talent.
– Screen candidates and provide shortlists.
– Utilize recruitment systems and tools for data accuracy.
– Serve as a key point of contact for candidate communications.
– Collaborate with local HRBP on strategies.
– Develop sourcing strategies and build a pipeline of qualified talent.
– Partner with stakeholders to expand the talent pool.
– Coordinate offer approvals and extend formal job offers.
– Manage candidate acceptance or decline processes.
– Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

This role is based in our Belfast office with an expectation of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

It is one of the most visible and client-facing roles on the team, handling a varied and significant caseload. This position serves as the primary caseworker, working closely with business immigration analysts and senior team members across departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities. Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. A collaborative team player who builds trust through professionalism and efficient communication.
