Senior Digital Identity Manager
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Team: Corporate – Digital Identity
Office Location: London (1st Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NA, United Kingdom), with our European locations considered
The role:
As a Senior Digital Identity Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building the future of Digital Identity at Fragomen. You’ll shape the roadmap, steer the development of innovation, and champion how we bring Digital Identity to life for our clients. From leading cross-functional implementation efforts to crafting compelling go-to-market strategies, you’ll turn complex ideas into real-world impact. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and global partners to deliver standout digital experiences and play a key role in driving the adoption of new technology that transforms how people and businesses move across borders.
What your day will look like:
Inform the wallet features and integration roadmap by contributing your understanding of the digital identity market, competitor landscape, reference technical architectures, and business models.
Lead the implementation and integration of new technology solutions, participating in technical architecture documentation, sprint planning, and feature creation.
Help drive the go to market strategy and engagement model for how Fragomen shows differentiated value through digital identity frameworks
Create client facing materials that clearly convey the benefits of digital identity solutions to engage existing clients and generate new client demand for enhanced Fragomen services
Create internal facing materials that clearly convey key messages and participate in senior-level presentations to drive business objectives.
Work with external partners to build strategic relationships that ensure the delivery of comprehensive multi-party solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology projects and initiatives.
Stay up to date on emerging technologies, with a primary focus on digital identity and verifiable credentials.

This is not a siloed function role, you will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, consultants, and contractors across multiple time zones, ensuring constant variety and learning. What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:
Significant experience in professional services or consulting with exposure to supporting internal and external stakeholders in strategy and technology functions.
Experience in developing or driving programs for digital identity, blockchain, verifiable credentials initiatives.
Proven understanding of IT systems, technical architectures, system integration constructs, and development lifecycles.
Exposure to go to market or sales function with the ability to formulate strategies to drive client engagement.
Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
Problem-solving skills with technical proficiency and strategic thinking.
Preferred criteria:
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Knowledge of the immigration industry.

What to expect:
Once you have submitted your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your skills and experience. If these match the requirements of the position, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an initial phone call.
If shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in our interview process, which will consist of at least two stages, one of which will be conducted in-person. Depending on the role, you may also be required to complete a written assessment.
After the interviews, we will carefully evaluate all candidates and make our final decision. You will be notified of the outcome and feedback will be provided.
