Role and responsibilities

Support in resolving incidents and problems related to infrastructure, applications, operating systems, and networks
Performing routine maintenance and operational tasks to ensure smooth IT system operations
Cooperation with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support teams on more complex incidents
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware and software
Monitoring IT equipment stock levels and informing supervisors about purchasing needs
Adhering to established processes and quality standards for servicing internal and external customers

Key requirements

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal client expectations
Fluent English and Polish language skills, as well as strong communication abilities
Responsibility, reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges
Knowledge of Windows systems and MS Office suite (basic troubleshooting skills)

Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Cisco networking technologies is not required but would be beneficial.
