Department purpose
Our Real Estate Finance department specialises in international banking work, including regulatory work, syndicated lending, investment grade, leveraged acquisition finance and debt restructuring. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, international commercial banks, investment funds, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex transactions.
 
Role purpose
We are currently looking for an Experienced Real Estate Finance – Banking Lawyer for our Real Estate Finance team.

Key requirements

You have at least five years relevant experience within a law firm, gained in a banking department, ideally based in Luxembourg

You have a strong interest in Banking and Finance law

You are a fully qualified lawyer

You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French

You are dynamic, proactive and have excellent communication skills
You have strong technical and writing skills
