About the Role: Fragomen, an Am Law 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a visionary and technically adept Digital Product Director to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation digital solutions that enhance immigration legal services. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across our suite of legal and compliance platforms, ensuring they deliver measurable impact to clients, internal stakeholders, and case processing teams.

Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and execute a multi-year digital product roadmap aligned with firm goals and client demands.
Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI, and digital engagement to improve legal case workflows.
Evaluate new market trends and technologies in immigration law, legal tech, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Product Leadership:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, including immigration case management systems, client portals, compliance tracking, and workflow automation tools.
Collaborate with legal subject matter experts to ensure regulatory accuracy and casework compliance.
Translate complex legal and user needs into clear technical and product requirements.
Team and Stakeholder Management:
Lead cross-functional agile teams including product managers, engineers, UX designers, and data analysts.
Engage with legal teams, operations, and business units to drive adoption and change management.
Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and the product/engineering organizations.
Technical Execution:
Guide architectural decisions and ensure scalable, secure, and modular platform development.
Drive API strategy and integrations with third-party systems such as government portals, HR platforms, and internal compliance tools.
Implement analytics and telemetry for product performance, user engagement, and continuous improvement.

Platform uptime, scalability, and adoption KPIs
User satisfaction (NPS, CSAT) across internal and external users
Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:
10+ years of product management or software engineering experience; 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
Proven experience delivering digital platforms, ideally within professional services, legal tech, or compliance domains.
Strong technical acumen: background in computer science, software architecture, or systems engineering preferred.
Experience with agile development, product lifecycle management, and modern DevOps practices.
Familiarity with privacy and compliance standards relevant to immigration law (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, data sovereignty).
Deep understanding of the immigration law landscape and/or experience supporting legal services digitally.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with platforms like Salesforce, SharePoint, Workday, or leading immigration case management tools (e.g., INS Zoom, LawLogix, Docketwise).
Understanding of AI/ML in legal context (e.g., document classification, risk analysis, intelligent routing).
MBA or advanced degree in a technical field or JD with strong technology crossover.
