Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring compliance and enhancing client service? Fragomen, a global leader in immigration and compliance services, is seeking a Business Immigration Analyst – Advisory & Compliance (WorkRight) to support the execution of our cutting-edge WorkRight employment verification platform.
This critical role ensures clients receive high-quality, efficient, and compliant right-to-work verification services. As part of the WorkRight team, you’ll contribute to process excellence, client engagement, and continuous innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Client Service & Relationship Management
Review WorkRight verification checks requiring further assessment
Engage with candidates and employees to collect outstanding documentation
Escalate unresponsive individuals to client HR teams per protocol
Advise on recurring issues for system improvement
Demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
🔹 Operational Excellence
Guide clients through the WorkRight platform with technical understanding
Identify verification issues proactively and propose efficient solutions
Support continuous improvement of verification processes
Ensure compliance with firm policies and client requirements
🔹 Communication
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with stakeholders
Apply excellent verbal and written communication skills
Actively listen and respond to colleague and client inquiries
🔹 Teamwork & Leadership
Share insights on right-to-work processes and case updates
Thrive in a culturally diverse environment
Adapt to changing policies, volumes, and expectations with professionalism
What We’re Looking For
A degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a structured, professional environment
Experience in immigration, visa processing, or case management is a plus
Proficiency in English (a second language is an advantage)
Strong organizational skills and a client-focused mindset
Initiative and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
