AG INTEGRATE OPERATIONS ANALYST
THE ROLE
The AG Integrate Operations Analyst is a key role focused on managing operational processes and delivering excellence within the AG Integrate team. With a strong emphasis on enhancing consultant and client experiences through technology, the role involves overseeing workstreams and projects to support team objectives and growth. This role is pivotal within the AG Integrate Operations Team, allowing you to shape the direction of the operations function and significantly impact the wider AG Integrate team. You will have substantial responsibility and independence in your work, with the opportunity to suggest and implement improvements to enhance processes and drive positive change.
In this role you will oversee finance, systems, reporting, and technology, ensuring these areas provide a strong foundation for the team. By managing key workstreams and projects, you will actively contribute to achieving broader team objectives. Responsibilities include managing financial processes (consultant payments, client invoicing), producing operational reports, overseeing our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements with a focus on digital transformation. The Analyst will also support compliance, audits, and supplier relationships, while managing project work and developing policies to enhance operations.
Key skills required include strong attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation abilities, process improvement experience, and stakeholder engagement. Desirable attributes include familiarity with the legal sector, experience in professional services, and people management. THE TEAM
AG Integrate is a fee earning team that sits within our Law, Plus More division here at AG. We are a team of 13 based between the Leeds, Manchester and London offices. The team has both operational and resourcing capabilities to provide interim legal resourcing services to both our clients and internally at AG.

THE ROLE
The AG Integrate Operations Analyst will play an important role in managing various operational processes, delivering operational excellence across the AG Integrate team to actively contribute to team objectives and growth plans. There is a strong focus on enhancing our consultant and client experience, particularly through increased use of technology.
You can expect to be involved in a fast-paced role, managing various workstreams and projects to ensure the successful delivery of our operations plan across the whole AG Integrate team. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the development and growth of the Operations function.
DUTIES
Working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, the role will manage operational processes to ensure these are delivered in a timely and accurate manner to support wider team actions and contribute to team objectives. This will involve owning various operational workstreams and projects, seeking continuous improvement and driving high standards within the Operations team. The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of team financial actions, including consultant payments and client invoicing. This is also involves managing queries, overseeing the AG Integrate Operations Administrator, and working closely with the AG Finance team.
• Responsible for all internal and client reporting requirements, which includes producing regular and bespoke operational MI reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests.
• Managing team systems, including the AG Integrate CRM system, being a subject matter expert to support the wider team in maximising the full functionality of our systems.
• Reviewing existing systems and processes, researching alternative means to achieve wider AG Integrate objectives and implementing any improvements / new processes with a focus on digital transformation and new technologies.
• Responsible for ensuring that team data is accurate and up to date for reporting and auditing purposes, along with reviewing AG Integrate assignment paperwork.
• Supporting the Senior Operations Manager to manage compliance across the team, including IR35.
• Supporting the Senior Operations Manager with internal audit requirements including areas such as IT, InfoSec, HR, and Tax.
• Managing relationships with the appropriate external suppliers, to ensure a consistently high service is provided to AG Integrate.
• Managing project work as appropriate to successful implementation, including where these pieces of project work are then integrated into BAU actions.
• Developing new policies and process guides where required to support the delivery of operational processes across the team.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (including consultants, clients, and senior AG colleagues), providing high levels of service and being a trusted advisor.
• Role model operational excellence in the Operations team and drive high operational standards across the wider AG Integrate team.
• The potential to manage junior members of the Operations team, being responsible for their day-to-day management along with their development and career progression.
• Work with / lead on areas across the whole AG Integrate team to support wider team growth plans.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essentials
• Experience of managing day-to-day workstreams / processes in an administrative or operational setting and in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate data and reporting.
• High level of organisation to successfully manage multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.
• Strong prioritisation skills to concurrently lead important workstreams whilst managing any emerging and urgent actions as they arise.
• Experience of identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Experience using systems, such as a CRM system / finance system.
• A solutions-focussed and proactive approach, working autonomously to successfully deliver workstreams with minimal supervision.
• A customer-centric approach, putting our Clients and Consultants at the heart of everything you do.
• The ability to effectively engage a range of stakeholders (internal and external of all levels of seniority), tailoring your approach to be able to advise / influence / lead as required.
Desirables
• Experience of working in a ALSP / recruitment or professional services environment.
• An understanding of the legal sector and interim legal market.
• Experience of either directly managing people or leading people in projects.
• The ability to stay abreast of the appropriate legislation, with the support of appropriate colleagues, to ensure compliance in all operational areas.
