Stour Bay Recruitment Limited is a bespoke legal business support recruit consultancy. Jane Alexander is the founder of this agency and she previously worked for an international law firm for a number of years as a legal secretary and then moving in a DP management overseeing workflow and all staff management, before moving into recruitment for the past 14 years.
In April 2023, Jane set up her own agency with the remit that she could provide bespoke service to a smaller number of clients where she is able to fulfil their requirements.
Jane’s knowledge is unique in the market as she is only the consultant that can offer not only legal support recruitment expertise but also has worked in a law firm and can understand the requirements of a role and needs from a client perspective. This has allowed Jane to continually make successful placements with candidates across various areas of the legal profession.
