What is your style of coaching?
My interview coaching style is warm, frank, and authentic, ensuring an engaging and supportive experience. I believe in being totally honest, providing feedback that is both constructive and transparent. My mock interviews are meticulously designed to mirror real professional services interviews at your level, helping you prepare effectively. While I aim to build your confidence, I will also be completely open about areas where you can improve. My goal is for you to walk away from our session(s) feeling that it was truly worthwhile and that you have gained valuable insights and skills.
Do you recommend an interview coaching session or just a mock interview or both?
I recommend purchasing both sessions for us to really be able to get you ready for interview, but either is beneficial.
How long does a coaching session last?
Each coaching session typically lasts between 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the package you choose and your specific needs.
Do you do discounts on your prices for more junior candidates?
Yes – I am happy to be flexible for those who may want help with interview coaching and their CV but on a tight budget.
Can you help with specific types of interviews?
Yes, I can help with all types of interviews, including panel interviews, video interviews, telephone interviews, and competency-based interviews. I tailor my coaching to match the format and requirements of your upcoming interview.
How should I prepare for our interview coaching session/mock interview?
To get the most out of your coaching session, review the job description and think about your experiences and skills that are relevant to the role. Be ready to discuss your career goals and any challenges you’ve faced in previous interviews.
Do you guarantee that I will get the job?
While I strive to provide the best possible coaching and support, I cannot guarantee that you will secure a job. Success in job interviews depends on various factors, including your qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview.
What are your working hours? I live outside the UK, can you meet me on my time zone?
I am based in the UK but am flexible and happy to work on any time zone. Much of my experience is in working with candidates from different international jurisdictions.
There is a role I would like to apply for urgently, how quickly can you rewrite my CV?
CVs are turned around in 24 hours or less, no matter what day of the week they are received, unless it is a Bank Holiday (in which case they will be returned after the next working day).
What format will the finished CV be in?
You will receive a finalised PDF copy of your CV and a Word document for any future amendments.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you are not satisfied with our service, please let me know within 7 days of your session. I will work with you to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments. If you remain dissatisfied, you may request a refund, which will be considered at my discretion.
