Client Agreement

1. Introduction

This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Law-Hire (“Company”) and the client (“Client”). By booking an appointment for CV writing and/or interview coaching services, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

2. Services

The Company agrees to provide CV writing and interview coaching services as requested by the Client. The Company will deliver the completed CV within 24 hours of receiving all necessary information from the Client.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

The Company does not guarantee that the Client will secure a job as a result of using the Company’s services. Employment outcomes depend on various factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to the Client’s qualifications, experience, and performance in interviews.

4. Satisfaction and Complaints

If the Client is not satisfied with the CV or coaching services received, they must notify the Company within 7 days of receiving the service. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address the Client’s concerns and make necessary revisions. If the Client remains dissatisfied, they may request a refund, which will be considered at the Company’s discretion.

5. Turnaround Times

The Company commits to delivering the completed CV within 24 hours of receiving all necessary information from the Client. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required information will not be counted towards this turnaround time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client and will take effect immediately upon such communication.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.

10. Acceptance

By booking an appointment for CV writing and/or interview coaching services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
